I took this image in St Tropez, the playground of the rich and famous. Whilst they were playing, I was sipping (horrible) coffee and photographing the locals playing Boules. I really like the texture and cartoon effect that the trees have. I played around with presets and contrast in Lightroom.

Day 136

Europe always has the most beautiful, intricately decorated carousels. I really like the use of dark and light space in this image. I think it really sets a mood, and creates a mysterious atmosphere.

We were lucky enough to be in Cannes during the annual film festival. I took this image of Jessica Chastain on the red carpet at the Madagascar 3 premier after party.

I took this image at Nice, France.  The subjects of this image are gazing out at the Mediterranean Sea. I overlayed patterns and textures to give it a dream like, three dimensional effect. I would like to expand on this style, and create a series of dream like images focusing on the way certain people see the world.

This is the view from our beautiful villa in the south of France. The weather was cold and the view breathtaking. I particularly like the fog on the horizon and the contrast of colours. I played around with lighting and clarity in Lightroom.

I took this image in London's St James Park. It was a beautiful (albeit rare) summer day as we wondered through the manicured lawns decorated with scurrying squirrels. I overlayed patterns to create a kind of 3d effect and to enhance contrast and colour.
